Aleisha has recently joined the company in the role of NDIS Administrator. Aleisha brings to the company a depth of experience and skills in working in the health sector and enjoys providing support to ensure our clients get the best possible care.

Grace is passionate about making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants. She oversees service agreements, service bookings and claims.

Andrea’s experience working in remote communities enables her to understand cultural protocols and is very familiar with the challenges that come with providing remote health care services.

Isabelle is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a passion for improving children’s health and wellbeing. She creates personalised treatment plans that cater to each child’s specific needs and abilities with an empathetic and compassionate approach.

Specialising in conducting NDIS adult and paediatric functional capacity assessments which involve assessing a person’s functional capacity and determining what type of support they may need.

Senior Physiotherapist
Shannon, a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist, brings over a decade of experience to Well Balanced Care, focusing on holistic healthcare, neurodiversity, and NDIS support for children and adults in rural and remote communities.
DOT GREEN
Social Worker
Dot is an experienced Social Worker with a wealth of experience in case management for child protection and health. She has experience with First Nations children and adults, and is skilled at negotiating positive plans for clients with complex medical and psychosocial situations.

Office Administrator
Tonya joins our admin team as an Office Administrator, where her vibrant energy and indigenous roots from the Garrwa Tribe in Borroloola Country, add a unique perspective to our mission at Well Balanced Care. She’s dedicated to ensuring our clinical staff and participants receive top-tier support.

Robert Wilesmith is a Psychologist with experience working with individuals within various settings, including disabilities, community health, and private practice.

Speech Pathologist
Charlotte is a dedicated Speech Pathologist, motivated by her passion for paediatric practice and early intervention. She has experience working with toddlers, preschool and primary school-aged children in language, speech, social communication, and literacy.

Emmah delivers high-quality Occupational Therapy services. Her work involves comprehensive functional assessments, providing detailed reports and tailored recommendations to enhance the lives of the clients she works with.
