Shannon’s personal experiences and rural upbringing fuel her dedication to improving health outcomes for remote and Indigenous communities.

Shannon, a dedicated Senior Physiotherapist at Well Balanced Care, was born and raised in the Tablelands and brings over a decade of experience to our team, having worked in various hospital and private practice roles across Queensland and Australia.

Shannon’s primary interests lie in working with both children and adults through the NDIS, neurodiversity, and addressing acute and chronic pain conditions.

With a strong connection to rural communities, Shannon is passionate about delivering affordable and high-quality healthcare, focusing on the holistic well-being of her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Shannon resides in Kuranda with her partner, son, and dog. A true nature enthusiast, she loves camping, attending music festivals, and being part of a culturally inclusive community.
