  Michaela is passionate about Paediatrics, working with children and families to help enhance their overall wellbeing.

Michaela is a passionate, enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a special interest in the field of paediatrics. She loves working with children and families to help and equip them to engage in a meaningful life despite any difficulties or delays they may have.

Michaela is ADOS-2 trained, has done her level 1 DIR Floortime, and has been working in settings with children with Sensory Integration challenges, and with ASI (Ayers’ Sensory Integration) for 6 years.

She is completing her ASI certification this year and has experience using ASI intervention in various settings with children that have different diagnoses such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, SPD, LD as well as others.

She has 8 years of experience working with children as an Occupational Therapist but has been working with children for more than 12 years through church at Sunday School, in Youth Programs and Youth Camps as children are her passion.

Michaela enjoys learning and adding to her knowledge and expertise as an Occupational Therapist and is committed to being the best she can be to help children and their families.

Michaela is also married and has 3 beautiful, lively children that bring joy to her life and keep her sense of humour alive while making her a better therapist!
