Kate is a driven and passionate recent graduate with a special interest in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and children’s health and wellbeing. She brings a diverse background in supporting both children and their families to establish routines, as well as working with older adults to help them maintain their independence.
Kate is committed to a client-centered, strength-based approach to therapy, focusing on implementing practical strategies and support systems tailored to help clients achieve their personal goals. She strongly believes that collaboration is the key to effective healthcare, ensuring that each client’s needs are met through shared input and mutual respect.
Outside of her professional life, Kate is a keen traveller who loves learning about new cultures and enjoys scuba diving in exotic locations. Her passions also include cooking new and exciting dishes, reading, and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
